A Great Christmas Gift...But, What's It Called?

Welcome to My Playground.jpeg

Last week I thought this piece would be a 'holiday wreath'.  I was going to call it 'Resurrection Wreath' because it is made out of rusty, broken and once buried things resurrected to a new life.  But my husband took one look at it and said that it looked more like Alice in Wonderland's Garden [of Living Flowers] or maybe of Dead Flowers? or Recycled Flowers?  There are rusty spark plugs, fuses, screws, bolts, nails and rebar and more than a few old nitrous oxide canisters, still colored brightly despite the rust.

Then as I was photographing it today it looked more like a playground with those little characters that sit on big springs so kids can 'ride' them…. Anyway, now I need help with a title.  What do you think it should be called?  Does it look like Christmas, Wonderland or a playground?  Or something else?  You can hang it on a wall like a wreath, or use it as a centerpiece on a table.  I'm going to get one of those circle things with wheels from under a microwave plate to put underneath it so it can twirl around when it's on a table.  You can still buy it no matter what it is ($150) and just call it a great Christmas gift!

Peace, Jane
